PUBLICATION LICENCE

The publication licence determines the permission that users will have to access, use and re-use the data.

The Bureau of Public Procurement publishes the contract data using the ODC Public Domain Dedication and Licence (ODCPDDL).

Under this licence users of the data are allowed to:

  1. Share: To copy, distribute and use the data;
  2. Create: To produce works from the data; and
  3. Adapt: To modify, transform and build upon the data
